Dr Fredrick Mollay is the Lead Researcher of the Paranormal Division of the Foundation. He is also a close friend of Agent 44 who is the Agent assigned to him. He is married to Sakura Himura.
Biography[]
He is a very cheerful and eccentric person. He devotes a lot of time to his work which often causes him to forget to bathe or shave. He writes down his observations in a notebook he carries with him. He admires people with a large amount of skill and always enjoys meeting people that could be beneficial to his research.

Rank 3 Clearance allows access to all items and specimen in the researcher's division as well as all the research that has been gathered within their division. Rank 3 provides access to all weapons and equipment Rank A and lower in the division's custody/storage.

Dr Mollay is able to figure out the best way to deal with a situation as well as analyzing his opponents strengths and weaknesses.
Love of the Howling Ghost[]
Dr Mollay's relationship with the howling ghost has provided him with a variety of protections. He is immune to being possessed or controlled by spiritual entities as well as a strong barrier against spiritual attacks.

Shapeshifter Briefcase[]
A special briefcase created by Dr Mollay from a shadow shape-shifting creature he acquired a while ago. He created it by stabilizing the creature in the shape of a briefcase and uses a device on the front of the case that allows him to send thought ways to the creature which causes it to change its shape into what Dr Mollay needs.
