The Administrator is the highest ranked member of the Foundation and most likely the founder of the foundation. No one knows his true name or if he has an actual name. His only relative is his daughter who is known as the Executive.
Biography[]
The Administrator is a very calm and collected person. He often comes off cold and apathetic to those around him but is very affectionate to his daughter. He has a commanding personality and is never afraid even when a monster is charging at him. He is also very resourceful and knowledgeable about all subjects.
He enjoys herbal tea, taking long walks and reading reports. He has an extensive collection of books in a variety of languages. He enjoys reading the research reports and can often be found reading them while sipping a cup of earl grey tea.

The Administrator is the personification of Knowledge and Lore. Being a Concept he has incredible powers related to the Hermit card. He is able to create a variety of barriers as well as ways to seal away creatures.
